In each session, I will guide you through a calm, personalized meditation based on what you need that day—whether that’s stress relief, grounding, clarity, or emotional rest.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in, followed by breathwork, visualization, or body awareness techniques. You’ll be gently guided into a state of ease and stillness. Afterward, there’s space to share or reflect if you'd like.
